Um, no.
A cloud in the sky here means its going to rain, everyone goes 20 under the limit. Every damn intersection is full of priuses standing still while the owners are texting. Passive aggressive jerks try to screw each other over so they can feel alive for a minute. Every place that doesn't have lights is a stop sign nightmare.
