Here's the interesting, where he parked is actually part of the valet section of the hotel. So basicaly the ticket would have been deemed null since it's in legal grounds of the hotel. Now here's where it gets funny cuz the douchebag things he can just do whatever he wants cuz he owns a ferrari. Sorry sunshine, that simply isn't the case!.
