hmm is it possible you may have switched the caps between cylinders and that's the knocking sound? If through wear there's a slight slight difference in tolerance now... if that's possible  . Or got sent a wrong size bearing by mistake I'm really not sure after that |
Definitely didn't switch the caps between cylinders, I did them one at a time, with the cap tang on the opposite sides of the rods tang
