I wanted as new and as low mileage as I could afford. The LCI's were a bit out of reach seeing as this car is my weekend toy and the budget would only stretch so far. Also I liked what I read about the N54's being the engine of choice for modding.
I spent a good year looking but was in no real rush. Then this one popped up.
It had 62,000 miles on the clock which I was fairly happy with. The only downside was it had a few more previous owners than I would have liked but you can't have everything eh?!
Spent the day on a train to go and check it out then drove it back home.

It really does take time to find the right car in the right combo, since i said goodbye to my E92 there has been nothing in E90 or 91 format that has come close to what i want!
Patience is key and its very rewarding when you finally find it!!
