Man I love the 335is personally. Exhaust Sounds so sick. N54 will have the latest parts. It has LSD, launch control, DCT, better interior and trim.
Although, if you've updated your n54 to the latest revised parts, I think it should be comparable.
IMO it's not a collectors car though, expect it to devalue just like any 335i
