I'd get a 6mt 335i. 335is DOES NOT have an LSD! Most of the 335is upgrades are not worth much. While I'm not sure what the BMW dual clutch transmission reliability track record is, I am very leery of these transmissions in general based on my negative experience with Audi's DL501 trans. Think about what might happen when dct eats shit, not too many people fix them and they are more expensive used than regular 335i zf at. But that just my experience, bmw dcts might be very reliable, I don't know.
In summary, if that 6mt 335is is offered for not much more than 6mt 335i typically go for, go get it. If not, pass
