I was on the fence between the DCT and the manual when I was looking. My buddy who is a dealer and was tasked with finding me an is has a DCT is himself. He was pushing me to get the DCT. I have been driving for over 30 years and every car I have ever owned the age of 16 was a manual, so I was resisting him. He kept giving me his car to drive around and after awhile, I eventually caved. I have no regrets at all. I am always in sport mode and manually shifting every where I drive. I still have complete control of what gear I'm in and shift when I want. And it's a damn fast shift.
