Clamps can be on but still leak if they are not tight enough.
You can reach the rear turbo from the top of the engine bay if you have the right swivel and universal sockets and extensions.
The front turbo might be tricky. Not much else we can do from here, if its leaking you will eventually see soot in the area of the leak.
If its leaking it usually sounds like puffing of air and diesel motor.
