Just throwing some ideas out there:
Performance/spirited driving roads all within proximity of each other - Cathedral Ave, Campersic, O'Brien, and Berry rds... best to go out at evening/night (despite kangaroos) as there's no other road users and cyclists out and about. Guess this would really depend on the sort of cars that are coming out.
Otherwise a morning/arvo friendly coastal cruise up West Coast Dr or down Canning or Stirling Hwy would make for good photo opportunities and a social feed.
