Hi all,

I recently bought a E90 (330i) from 2006, and I noticed this week that the sound was really ‘flat’. After investigating further while not driving, it seems that no sound comes from the subwoofers. I also heard that there’s a sort of distorted sound coming from the right speaker with every bass ‘punch’ when bass volume is set high. While driving, though, I can’t really hear that sound (but maybe that’s because of the driving noise). Could anyone tell me where I should start looking? Could this be an amplifier issue?
