Oil cooler leak, need help ID part

Hello all,

I had my OFHG done less than a year ago along with the oil cooler.

I recently inspected my engine for leaks and I discovered that I have a very slow seep of oil on this part of the oil cooler. Now i don't have social media so I can't really ask on the n55/e90 pages on FB, but I figured you guys can help me.

The included picture shows a circled area in red where i have oil seeping, it is not a dribble, it is not dripping, you can just seen the thin line of oil and Im assuming it is rurnning down due to gravity and leaking on the engine itself as i see no evidence on the lines, belt, pulleys directly underneath it.

I can't find a gasket for this small plate on the oil cooler, does this mean I have to replace the whole oil cooling unit to solve the leak? is it possible it could be leaking from the oil cooler seal and up to that crevice ?

Thanks all!!!

ps the image i uploaded is upside down, but it is just for reference.
