I was talking to a colleague today about my antics and I asked if he thought I was a 'difficult' customer (in my job, I see many difficult but also unreasonable customers...as well as genuine people where things have gone wrong and we just need to fix them). After he spat his tea out, he said I wasn't 'difficult' (as I'm generally extremely polite with my demands) but my standards and expectations are simply on a different level

BTW, BMW Individual was very good but, IMO, nothing so far touches Jaguars' Bowers & Wilkins. Except maybe Jaguars newest partner, Meridian, which I heard in the XJ and was almost too good for what the structure of the car and it's trim could cope with. Exceptional sound system.
