Same here, I'm old enough to remember when we switched from gallons to litres. They corrected the prices way upward but people thought they were getting a great deal until the tank was full.
Diesel and regular unleaded are on par now, which pisses me off because diesel is usually about 10-15 cents cheaper. $1.46 the other day.
