He's road raging at you because you're a terrible, arrogant, and obnoxious driver. Hope that helps. He's not in the right. You're not in the right. He's more in the wrong than you are.
In the future call the cops, and if he's reading this he should call the cops on you instead of trying to chase you down.
In a perfect world both of you would receive some sort of punishment. His punishment would be worse than yours.
