To do it properly you need:

1. XENON headlights
2. FRM2 or 3 module. If the lights are xenon only then you can use an FRM2 or 3 XE or MAX BROSE. If they are AHL Xenon you'll need an AHL or MAX BROSE FRM. Used module is fine if decided to your car.
3. Auto levelling sensors and wiring harness.
4. Coding

You can skip the auto levelling and code it out. However the lights will always be pointed down at lowest to avoid blinding traffic. It's not really a problem.
