You may be right. I originally used the BMW Coding Tool to import them, but I just did it again directly through WinKFP and it's still not suggesting an update. Everything looks to be imported correctly, all the directories have the correct files.
I found this ECU Finder tool posted by another member. When I point it to my daten files it correctly finds the number you gave me, but WinKFP refuses to find it. Very odd.
