well it depends what look you are going for
i need traction so i went with 275s in the back
i wouldnt mind them sticking out a bit more but even with this setup i had to roll inner lip and they occasionally rub on big dips with stock suspension, but rubbing on the inner plastic liner not on the fender or bumper so thats ok
if you are tracking the car i guess square setup is better if you can run 255s all around...
i think et28 will extend 1mm more then my 9.5 et33 so they are pretty much the same looks wise
