Did you select icom in the Interface Selection in Ista ?
Do you have a tune . Tunes such as the JB4 must be set
to map zero which bypasses the tune. Other tunes have similar
problems you will have to consult the tune maker for intructions
in that case.

I would imagine you would use the last ICOM selection.
