Nope.
There are various kinds of filters though.
Tesla's have a bio hazrd filter on some cars maybe
you can find one of those. Gas is going to get through
normal filter obviously.
And after years of driving cars with no filter having
a filter is better.
A carbon filter might do a little more for odors
