The hills at the tough mudder is why I am running the ski hills in lisle. Last night I ran 6 miles in 90 mins around the hill which works out to be about 1.7 miles up a 7.5 degree slope (13 gradient on a treadmill) and 1.7 miles down with the rest being level ground. Calves are feeling it today.
