It is unfortunate that some of these dealerships treat you like you were buying a pair of shoes. Just provide what the customer wants and the dealerships would be surprised to the growth of sales.
I just do not get it. Bimmer people are very in-tune to cars and you have sales people that talk to you like you don't know what you are talking about. Thank God, the cars sell themselves!!
Maybe BMW should have dealerships with no sales people and provide the savings to the customer
