I just joined this forum to respond to this thread.
I've been all over the world and the States and I have never found such arrogant, lousy dealers as those in the Detroit area. I always got great service in Germany, Louisville, Kansas City and Temple, TX. Here everyone of the dealers seem to be crooks.
Erhard seems worse than Bavarian Motor Village. Erhard just tries to rip you off at every opportunity. Bavarian at Eastpointe doesn't deliver on their maintenance promises. I've found most of the staff at the Shelby facility more personable but I still worry about buying a E90 from them....and I want it so very bad.
