I ended up replacing my front thrust arms, control arms, and ball joints. Vibrations are pretty much gone, still get some around 50mph from the rear but that's barely noticeable at all.

Also, the vibration I was getting under breaking was from cheap ecs rotors having defects, replaced those with oem and the vibration under braking went away.
