I get the same vibration around 50-60mph, but from the front(steering wheel), and I'm running ECS slotted rotors. Wonder if that's my problem too. I don't get braking vibrations too much but every once in a while my steering wheel will vibrate under braking from higher speeds.
Also, replacing my control arms, thrust arms w/ball joints have fixed a lot of the vibrating I got at higher highway speeds (anytime above 80mph)
