just curious whether it might help or not to run the engine little bit to warm it up, whether it might help potentially stuck glow plugs and injectors to release or it's ok to work on it cold?

just curious whether it has any effect on the work.

PS: i don't mean to warm up the engine to the full temperature which would be too hot to work on it. I mean only to warm it up, if it's gonna help in any way...
