Great news! It's working again!
When my stupid laptop auto updated to Win 10 it changed the com settings on the cable, I went in there and changed it to 1, and both RSA delete and 330i tune flashed perfectly. Chris even asked me about this, but I just took it to mean the settings in Winkfp and not the COM settings.
Yes I know, I'm an idiot, I can't believe it myself either.
With the RSA delete flashed and 330i tune flashed, reset coding (2fa3 error) and after that no errors, DISA work perfectly (can hear them operate in INPA manual activation). The kick after 4000 RPM is definitely noticeable.
