17" obviously. I recommend apex arc-8 17x9 et30. They're incredibly light (16-17lbs). For 255 front you'll some decent camber, around -2*.
As for tires, RE71R is the fastest 200tw tire there is. Under 200tw, NT01 are a good choice. Otherwise there are obviously your slicks (G1, A7, etc.)
