Nice, I think you can make that work with different tires. For the e46 M3 the BBS CH's rears have a rear offset of 20mm and the BBS LM's have a rear offset of 25mm. Your 19x10 et25 rears look exactly like my CH's so you have just confirmed there is a 5mm difference between the e90-e92.

I think 30mm is the ideal rear offset for the e92. But you can defiantly make those work with rolled fenders and stretched tires.
