To answer this question: The 328 uses a little different ecu than the 325/330. We can definitely exceed the 330's 255 bhp on a 325 with 3 stage.

This vehicle in question made a max of 260 bhp after mods.

On our in house dyno our 328 showed no hp drop up to 7000 rpm. I think the dyno operator may have set the dynos max rpm to around 6500 or so.
