They are D-Force Ltwt5 wheels in 17x9" size, shod with 255/40/17 Yokohama Advan Neovas AD07. Wheel weight is 16lbs each, holy crap are those tires sticky, as you can see in the pics.
All the top finishers in the non-R compound SCCA classes are running them.
I ran Falken Azenis ST615's 275's last year, and these Advan Neova 255s are bigger than those tires, and stickier. My stack of 255s is a good 1.5" taller than the 275s.. weird.
If you need more info about the wheels, there's only a couple distributors in the US. I got mine from Rimpro for $259/ea, which is a hell of a deal for such a wide and lightweight wheel. I think Turner sells them too, but they are a bit more for the gray ones.
