BMWHat does not have a feature to activate lift pump. I just did a redneck method of running 9v/2a directly to it and it worked. Made a mess with a bunch of spilled fuel of course

You can remove the "mixer" portion of the mixer and leave the "gasket" part. Just one of the options. There are commecially available gaskets as well. May be someone can post a part number.
