no turn signals

Anyone? I'm back out working on it now and I've checked all my connections for continuity, made sure everything was plugged in properly, so I'm at a loss for why I'm having the issues. The only thing my mind keeps going to is the two yellow wires I clipped as described in the DIY. But since others have done so with no problems I'm guessing it's something else.
