I lost 3mph running open inlets(dci basically) vs stock airbox at the track in hot weather. I'm not a believer in DCI unless its cold weather or part of an inlet system that requires open filters.
I am planning on hood vents as soon as I get more important stuff done first. I dont like running without a cowl because it makes my AC work like crap sucking in engine bay heat
