Depending on if you are purchasing the correct offset, 245/275 can work.

With those tire sizes you'll want to look at 8.5" +35-40 front and a 9.5" +33 rear. Offsets in conjunction with wheel width will determine where the wheel will be sitting on your vehicles hub. The lower the ET (offset) the closer to the fender it will sit.
