I had the same issue and at first (everything under warranty) BMW replaced my pads and rotors. They looked at my wheels and one of them had a slight bent thanks to NJ winter roads, and the wonderful maintenance done on them. Come May I had my rims swapped out and still had the issue. Then in mid-June I got them to replace the control arms and no more vibration.
