Get new fiber optic cables. If you don't have the CD changer
you could transfer those over if they are not damaged. or you might
be able to use the ones for the Sat Radio module if they are long
enough and not being used.
All the Fiberoptic Cables meet at a junction box
(Most Hub)usually behind the rear seat driver side passenger seat bolster in everything but the convertible.
Also picture is out of focus.
Look up the satellite module thread on the DIY Board to get and idea what to do at the most Hub.
