Just be careful not to hack up the mass air flow sensor that resides behind the air box when you pull the air box and reinstall. Also, if you pull the air box, ensure a good seal between the air box and the tubes that connect to it.

thanks.. So in theory, i can just loosen the torx screws (they dont completely come out right ? ) slightly pull the 2 halves apart and replace the filter.. ?
