The P29 codes are misfires, since you are having multiple misfires its more than likely the spark plugs. This is really common on all the tunes.
The P30 code is what's normally referred to as a "boost leak" code. However, it is actually triggered whenever actual load is far below requested load and that easily can be attributed to the misfires.
My advice is change the plugs and go from there.
