I remember a while back this EVAP entered into an extended warranty thread. A guy said this service at the dealership was over $1800, i.e. if he had gotten the extended warranty, it would have paid for a good portion of it.
Something like EVAP on a Japanese car is around $400, I don't understand the difference, or, maybe I do, but it's a joke.
btw the valve on my Nissan is near the rear-left wheel. I thought that on the thread I remember the poster had a pic of his car on a lift and evap is also in the back.
