Nah its an illusion, I thought the same thing when taking the pic, one of the 'halos' looked like it wasn't illuminated as bright as the others but it was on.
I did notice my parker is out (consulting the handbook the parker is referred to as #2 and it states to consult bmw dealership, I have heard you have to replace the entire housing....) I'm gonna need that repaired prior to a bloody nsw blueslip inspection....
