Taking all things into considerations, I have decided to just go for a drop-in high airflow air intake instead.
I am considering to get the aFe Pro Dry S:

What do you all think? Is there another brand I should go for instead?
Initially I was thinking of going with K&N but after much research it appears that quite a lot of people have negative feedback with it. I am still open minded to K&N though.
I understand that there are a lot of mods that include changing the air box but at the moment I have decided to go for just the drop-in filter for now.
