paul at BMW parts department seattle--> 1-800-782-8780 seattle, he said they've never changed a 335I automatic transmission fluid below 100K miles

He said that each 335i has different transmission manufacturers! some are made by GM? the other are made by some other foriegn company that he doesn't know. and thats why he thinks that they take a whole bunch of BMW ATF part numbers!
. After asking him a bunch more questions, he said they were lifetime fluids, and his service department has never even used it! Thanks for the laugh!
