High mileaged e92 m3

Hey guys question is it worth it to buy a 2012 e92 m3 with como wheels and carbon fiber roof for 11k but has 230k miles? I have a 2003 BMW z4 with 48k miles as a daily but found the e92 and I’m thinking it would be cool to have it?

Records, records, records... single owner with every record is hugely different than seventh and only a Carfax.
