3100 boost pressure control deactivation. With a 2e68 knock-sensor 1

Has anyone ever experienced these codes and has a solution. I can clear them and be good for a few weeks before it happens again and I have to let the car sit clear the codes then I can drive again.

Hi! I am looking for someone who can help me. I have this car:
E93 335i with forged internals, je pistons and fcp rods, hydra performance turbos, custom exhaust without cat, chargepipe, intercooler etc.
The car is not going lower then 11s on 100-200 kph on any mhd stage 2+ map 98 ron. Every map beside v5 produce throttle closure or missfire when I hard accelerate. I will post some logs here. Maybe someone can give me an advice.

I upload two logs with v10 when you can see the tps getting closed and v5 when everything is ok but the car is still slow. Only 11s 100-200 with traction turnes off.

The v5 log looks fine but it is slow. Not sure why, timing is missing...Is the compression good? Transmission?

My tranmission is build to hold 800+ and is like new. Compression test is also good. I am to a dead end. I am working now with wedge. He told me I have a boost leak.

That's super strange. I've never seen it have 0 timing. Any codes possibly related to knock sensors?

Who did the tune? I'd detune it a bit quickly, as it seems too aggressive for the fuel you have. You've got corrections across all 6 cylinders for most of the pull and major throttle closure for more than half of the pull.

There’s an excellent article somewhere about interpreting logs for this platform. Everyone should read it as it’s informative and quite interesting.

To answer your question, your rail pressure should never under any circumstances dip below 1,500 psi during a full throttle run. Lots should be done in 3rd gear starting at around 2,500 rpm’s WOT to 6k+ then shift into 4th before letting off.

If you dip below 1,500 during that, your HPFP is not healthy.

Been getting 30ff shadow code but in logs boost target was usually met. I can now see the boost target not being met. Still dont have limp mode or CEL.

https://datazap.me/u/suspect/3rd-gea...-23&solo=2-3-4

I first saw the 30ff shadow code after doing OFHG and been trying to track this down. The vacuum hoses look like they have been replaced before, they are not brittle and easy to take on/off the nipples. I tried spraying brake cleaner around intake manifold with air box still present and didnt hear the engine rev up or down. By looking at the log could you give an opinion on whether this looks like a vacuum issue or a boost leak? If it was a vacuum leak wouldnt the wgdc be maxed out at near 100% trying to close the waste gates or is it the other way round for boost leaks? Turbos are old with rattly wastegates so they might be on their way out but I just want to rule out I have not broken anything doing the OFHG first but not sure where to look. Thanks.

Can someone help. I'm struggling to see what's wrong and MHD are no help.
Car was on the Dyno.
Pulls to 3k revs and the throttle drops off for a few seconds and then pulls up again. 400 bhp it hit after.

Here is the log with throttle closing https://datazap.me/u/gary-peter/rece...og=0&data=3-21

Here is a time it worked https://datazap.me/u/gary-peter/didn...og=0&data=3-21

Only fault on the ecu is fan. I have race fans on it as it's a drift car.
MHD is trying to say it's stalling because it thinks it's not cooling itself.
Also they are saying it looks like it's going into limp mode but it's not.

Someone please help

stephen335xi you have quite a few timing corrections, and you need an intercooler asap. Your IAT are way up there, on top of the LPFP dipping and your boost is below target
i noticed my target boost and actual boost don't match up on my logs on a Stage1+ ( 91 octane tune, target is 16.5 actual is 11 to 13), i was wondering if this is due to having TCS active, or if the tune just doesn't have the proper WGDC to hit target? it definitely has more power in the 5-6K range, and down lower seems to be more stout according to the speedo, but the butt dyno isn't really in agreeance with the speedo below 5K RPM.
i'd post a log, but datazap doesn't want to produce one for some reason..

You probably have a similar problem as me. I’m on stage 1+ too and no longer meeting 16.5psi target. It’s either a vacuum line issue or boost leak.

If it was traction control you would see the one of the torque limiters when logging and throttle cut.
