Massive A/C leak

Hello everyone the names mark! First time bmw owner here! Before I go replacing things I had the A/C serviced today and we found a massive leak up front. Sounds like passenger side. I think the condenser is leaking. Before I order one I wanted to see what you all think. Is this common? Is the lines more common to leak then the condenser?

Thanks for your help!
-Mark

Edit: 2011 E93 335i is the car and has 120k miles on the clock.

Welcome Mark!

Common area for AC leak is the line running along the passenger side frame rail. It develops a tiny leak right in the area of opening fromnthe wheel well. Check there for PAG oil residue.

it was a very large leak. Filled a little bit in and it instantly leaked out very loudly.
