porsche driving experience day
my son bought me a Porsche driving experience day last Christmas and today finally got to Silverstone for it. drove a manual 911. great experience and tutor, learned a lot about corners, braking etc but also on the skid pan. overall a great day well worth the money. have to say I found screaming the car past 7000 revs somewhat alien when even at 3000 the 335d is flying although perhaps not quite as fast.

I had a 911 for the day once when my Boxster was being serviced.
I loved the way the car isn't quite weighted properly (in a good way) and the back end gets a bit twitchy. |

A good friend of mine years ago warned me never to drive a Porsche (because Id buy one). This is something I still adhere too now. I will one day own one so Im happy being patient ;-) Glad you had a good day Jeff.
