Go to an indie shop. Pay $50-$100 to have them go over the car and tell you what it may need.
Never a wiser dollar spent!

Just make sure you never walk into the dealership and think that u own the place no matter what because youll hate life later on...
Ive been using the same SA for about a year now and although im still under CPO... stuff has fucked up on my car thats not considered part of of CPO warranty and she has hooked it up for me. Half the time i dont even pay the deductible.
Point of story??? Find an SA that seems cool and try and build a friendship with them because it will save ur ass in the end bc u know and i know shit will break in this car thats out of warranty and it will be expensive...
Cool story bro.

Totally agree - the SA I have is awesome. Last time I was in I bought some trim parts(lower grill and door trim) and said I'd install at home. He had them put in and didn't charge me except for material.

I'm kind of thinking if you cannot show them anything than is broken, then paying them to check it all over will result in them telling you nothing is broken.

Have you see BMW parts and labor costs? Lets face it, then don't make their millions fixing shat for free. Them and every other manufacturer has a vested interest to fix nothing under warranty.

Nah bro he is right. I had a half engine light come on. Not "Service Engine Soon" or whatever the red one is, the Nav displayed "Engine Malfunction". My SA initially charged me $120 just to get it checked and take care of some recalls. After 3 hours he gave me a call to pick up my car. They detailed the interior as I had washed the outside a day before, took care of the engine light, installed the recalls and charged me only $60.
