considering front tire size reduction?
will going from a 255/30/19 down to a 235/35/19 be disappointment. due to rubbing i am considering with going with skinnier tire
i should save approx .75in in tread width which is approx .375 per side of tire, 3/8 of and inch wheel is a 19x9 i guess the actual question is will there be a big reduction in front end grip? current tire: MS pilot sport a/s , old version - EDIT: they were not a/s just old pilot sports /EDIT considering: MS PSS any thoughts would greatly apprciated thanks Last edited by spicish22; 03-21-2012 at 09:22 PM.. so the tire show that did the job informed me the old tires we an old version of the pilot sport. there were NOT all season tires. i guess that would explain why i couldn't find the in Mich's site
just want to fix the data! and yes they are way better than the old pilot sports i had, kind of hard to compare though as they were at 4/32 & 5/32, not exactly apples to apples either way very happy! |

I have to agree that the new Pilot Super Sport is a nice step up from the original Pilot Sport.
