Possible to repair spider cracks?

So last winter I decided to take my car out in the snow...... Bad idea.
Snow bank = blown out lower grills, messed up fog light.
And these ugly spider cracks.
Anyone have a good way to fix them or do i just need a new bumper.
Fixed everything right away except this.
Also, I have a clear bra. So id assume id have to take that off to repair if possible?

Sand down and repaint. Is that the original paint on the bumper cover? Mine has been repainted and when it was bumped, it did this. With time it got worse and where it cracked, it started flaking off.

Ya. Its never been repainted but it has the invisible bra so im thinkin thats the culprit of why it did it.
Ill just have to take it off and have it painted.
Thanks
