2007 320i E90 whining

Hi,
I just had a drive in my wifes car for the first time in a few months and noticed it is whining with revs, More noticeable in low gears, It also seems to get quieter when the car has warmed up, Any ideas?

How many miles on the car? Might also be a good time to do the serpentine belt and tensioner?

Hi,
its at 100k and he's going to change them while he's in there.
